High-stress environments, burnout, social isolation, and chronic lifestyle diseases are on the rise globally. Yoga with a Doc was born out of a clear necessity: the need to take medicine out of the exam room and bring holistic well-being directly into public spaces.

This leadership removes the intimidation factor often associated with studio yoga, allowing participants to move safely and confidently.
